We accept non-face-to-face drug reception and drug delivery.
①診察をうける（含オンライン診察）
患者様：医療機関で通常の、あるいはオンライン診察をうけてください
Visit or online consultation at hospital/clinic
②受診の結果、処方箋がでた場合、
If you get a prescription
⇒医療機関から直接FAX送信 (スズキ薬局FAX 048-431-4857)
Send fax directly from the hospital at Suzuki Pharmacy
あるいは、
⇒患者様が処方箋の写真をスズキ薬局に送付 (LINEやメール・メッセージで受付＊)
Or take the picture of the prescription and send via LINE or Messenger to us (https://lin.ee/y26xX9J).
③電話・オンラインを用いて服薬指導
薬局に処方箋情報が届きましたら、薬剤師から患者さまにご連絡を致します。お電話等でお薬の説明（服薬指導）をさせて頂きます。
We will give you telephone/online medication guidance
④お薬の配送 Delivery of the medicine
お電話等での服薬指導実施後、患者さまのご自宅にお薬を配送致します。

☆支払いは銀行振込、宅急便着払い、あるいはPayPay や LINEPay などのオンライン決済が選べます。
